Our Client is looking for an experienced Group Benefits Sales Producer with an ambitious attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in growing the business. The Group Benefits Producer will be responsible for selling and retaining customized group benefits solutions to our clients with a target market.
What you will do:
Primarily accountable for developing new business and managing the relationship with the client and serving as their strategic advisor
Enhance the overall value proposition by offering clients our expertise while reviewing their needs and uncovering any unmet needs and identifying opportunities to sell them additional products.
Simplify complex concepts and guide clients through our process seamlessly
Develop client acquisition opportunities via the building of strong internal & external relationships; Network, prospect, and meet with potential clients to review their benefits needs
