Our client is looking to hire a Team Leader for the Claims Call Center.  The ideal candidate would be bilingual (French-English) and possess strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and inspire.  Our client is offering a strong compensation package.

  • Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is desired
  • French/English bilingualism will be considered an asset
  • Experience as a Team Leader, Trainer or Quality Associate will be considered an asset
  • Passion for training others • Outstanding interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Superior organization and time management skills; coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates initiative and follow through
  • Proven ability to work independently and consult outside sources when required
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • University degree will be considered an asset
  • CIP or GIE designation will be considered an asset
  • Intermediate computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
