Job Description

Support the  Commercial Programs team including rating, claims updates, mapping/new business submission forms and liaising with insurance company underwriters

  • Claims reporting/processing
  • Processing certificates of insurance
  • Follow up with clients on renewals
  • Binding coverages on carrier portals
  • Other Programs support duties as assigned

    Position Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience (insurance experience preferred)
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player – Ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset
