Full Time Administration Assistant / Support Broker - Commercial

Job Description

 

Our Client is an established property and casualty insurance brokerage looking to add to their growing Commercial team.  They are looking to add a Commercial Technical Service Representative (TSR) to assist the Account Manager in servicing a mid-market book.

Duties include:

  • Assist account managers in processing new business and policy changes
  • Prepare insurance binders
  • Issue certificates of insurance
  • Provide proof of insurance documents
  • Maintain and issue liability slips
  • Assist with special projects as they arise

 

Requirements:

  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Experience with broker systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel an asset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of common insurance terminology
  • Minimum 2 years insurance industry experience
