Our Broker client is looking to add to their dynamic and growing team. They are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager whose expertise lies in managing high net worth accounts.   The ideal candidate should have knowledge of underwriting guidelines. The Account Manager must be well organized and possess the ability to prioritize workflow.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Will work closely with a Producer  
  • Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Review renewals for coverage, accuracy and re-market when required
  • Adhere to underwriting guidelines set up by markets in the high net worth space
  • Manage a book of High Net Worth risks
  • Discuss and answer insurance-related questions pertaining to the Insureds Personal Lines risks

Education

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant insurance and/or industry-related experience
  • University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with Chubb Underwriting guidelines
  • RIBO License in good standing required
  • Excellent and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a team environment
  • Strong emphasis on a positive team dynamic
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task with a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
