About the Job...
This position offers a base salary and incentive bonus, commensurate with experience. We are looking for a special individual who is experienced and can manage the following responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service calls
- Maintain client records; handle renewals, endorsements and claims
- Proactively service: with renewal reviews, account rounding; claims prevention educating
- Deepen client relationship at every touch point
- Continually develop market, product, client and industry knowledge & expertise
- * Minimum 4 years Broker experience and portal experience Required *
- You have a RIBO Licence that is in good standing
- You have working knowledge of insurance Broker Management tools
- You have working knowledge of insurance company portals
- You have working knowledge of insurance market's underwriting rules
- You have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- You have determination to assist in meeting our retention goals
- You have a positive and energetic attitude towards customer needs
- You have strong organizational skills
- You are interested in making a positive contribution to the team.
- You like to laugh and have fun with other human beings. You are ethical and show kindness & respect for others.
- You look for solutions to best meet your client's needs.
