Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop and deliver all outreach and marketing activities to support the teams to achieve objectives.


  • Develop all outreach and marketing campaigns, including web content, and manage all social media for our client
  • Support all strategic communication needs
  • Identify new opportunities to market the services to employers
  • Manage client brand and creative assets
  • Manage all graphic design requirements
  • Manage the outreach and marketing budget


  • Minimum five years developing outreach and marketing campaigns targeting the private sector.
  • Experience in graphic design (not a requirement) or experience working with graphic designers to develop all corporate campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to ensure the client meets its required outcomes


  • A post-secondary credential in marketing from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Superior oral and written proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional focus on attention to detail
  • Comfortable working from a home-based office and connecting virtually with team members
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and graphic design applications (an asset but not required)
  • Intermediate proficiency with web design applications
