Position Overview  Review renewal documents  Report and monitor client claims  Respond to telephone inquiries, take and order policy changes  Preparation of Renewal binders  Ensure a high level of service is maintained  Remarket when necessary  Cross-sell and up-sell Position Requirements  2 -5 years’ personal insurance experience  Valid RIBO license is mandatory  Strong oral and written communication skills  Strong organizational and time management skills  Accuracy and attention to detail  Understanding of company underwriting, and guidelines  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  Proficient in Microsoft Office products, experience with Agency Manager, industry software and Applied Rating an asset Competitive Salary + Benefits and Vacation.  Long-standing well-respected...
